Planning permission was granted for 4 detached dwellings of various sizes, set in a beautiful valley location with stunning views over the Essex countryside. Works commenced on the site in January 2022 and the are now nearing the end, with only one house left to market.
All finishes from the kitchens and bathrooms through to flooring and landscaping was chosen and managed in house and the result is 4 stunning new build properties ready for their new owners to enjoy.
